These days I am into all things green, mainly green smoothies. I make it in the morning and then take it to work to sip through the day. Keeps me full, energised and happy. I also crave less caffeine but this may be a blip, will continue experimenting and report back.
The one I made today was full of kale, melon, blueberries, chia seeds and peanut butter. Possibly the best snack you can ever get:)
