Have you added a broccoli to your juice yet? I am back to juicing and in a major green juice phase. After kale and spinach I am now juicing broccoli. Or better yet – all three together with a little bit of fruit, like apple or pear.
I have been reluctant to try it for some time as my limiting belief was that it would taste horrible. Big surprise and I highly recommend it.
Especially as broccoli is super nutritious and there is only that much broccoli a person can eat. Juicing is such an easy option to chose and get all the goodness from different sources.
