During the year at school we will learn ways to improve and maintain our health and well-being.
As a way to track personal transformation we have been asked for “a before and after” photo of the foods we keep in home and to share it with the fellow students. Fun assignment or what??
So here are my pictures:
I have a limited space in the fridge due to sharing it with a housemate so I shop pretty much every day – which is great as I usually have fresh produce.
Cupboard – nuts, beans, oils, lentils, sun dried tomatoes… you name it, it’s probably there:)
Salad, baked sweet potato and hummus. Because everything tastes better with hummus. If you are questioning the amount of hummus – there is not such thing as too much hummus. I eat it with everything, any time.
