I wonder how far people will go looking for an easy, quick fix? And what is the actual price we will have to pay for playing with our own bodies and pushing ourselves harder than ever before?
In Sunday’s issue of “Style” I read about the latest trend – celebs and alpha males using intravenous vitamin drips to stay at the top of their game. In his report Andy Jones explains that you basically get hooked up to an IV drip so a potent blend of vitamins and minerals can be delivered straight into the blood stream. You sit in a clinic for an hour or so (although you can also get home, office or airport visits). It is said to be more efficient than taking the supplements and you can be on your A game at all times.
It will see 100-600 pounds coming out of your account but what would be the real cost? How long can you play games with Mother Nature and treat it unkindly? And how far are we all going to go for a quick fix? What do you guys think? What fixes do you believe in?
